Pricing

Straightforward pricing for a website that works.

Clear starting prices for the most common projects, plus optional ongoing care once your site is live. Every price below is a starting point — the final price depends on the agreed scope.

Packages

Choose a starting point.

Every package includes the essentials — a responsive, accessible site that’s properly built and launched.

Starter Website

From £495

  • One-page WordPress website
  • Responsive design
  • Clear service and contact sections
  • Contact or enquiry form
  • Basic on-page SEO setup
  • SSL and launch setup
  • One consolidated revision round

Redesigns & Larger Websites

Quoted after review

  • Existing websites, migrations and larger content requirements
  • Reviewed before a fixed quote is provided
  • Scope, timeline and price confirmed after discovery

Does not include ecommerce, membership systems, customer portals or complex custom applications.

Existing websites, migrations and larger content requirements are reviewed before a fixed quote is provided, so the price reflects what’s actually involved rather than a guess.

Need something outside these packages?

Tell me what you need and I’ll review the requirements honestly. If the project needs specialist ecommerce, software or integration experience, I’ll explain that before any work or payment is agreed.

  • Managed hosting and website care will be available at £50/month once a dedicated hosting account is active — see Managed hosting and care below

  • You own the domain and the completed website
  • I handle deployment, and can provide an export or migration if a managed-hosting arrangement ever ends

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a website normally take?

It depends on scope and how quickly content is provided. A Starter Website typically moves faster than a full Business Website or a larger redesign. You’ll get a clear estimate once the scope is agreed.

Do you build apps as well as websites?

Yes — app projects aren’t priced as a package like the websites above, since requirements vary a lot more from one app to the next. Get in touch with what you have in mind and I’ll talk through what’s realistic for your budget and timeline before any work is agreed.

What do I need to supply?

Content and images, unless copywriting or photography is arranged separately. The more prepared this is upfront, the more smoothly the build can move.

What counts as a revision round?

A round of feedback on the design or content, with the requested changes applied. Starter Website includes one consolidated round; Business Website includes two. For Redesigns & Larger Websites, the revision approach is agreed as part of the quote. Further rounds, or changes of direction beyond the agreed scope, are quoted separately.

Can you redesign my existing website, or migrate a site that isn’t on WordPress?

Yes to both. For an existing WordPress site, it’s backed up before any work begins, and the redesign is built on staging or locally — never directly on the live site — so the current version stays untouched until launch. If your site isn’t on WordPress, migration is possible but needs a quick review of the current content and platform first, so it can be quoted accurately rather than guessed at.

Can I keep my current hosting?

Often, yes — if it’s suitable and you have access to it, the site can be built and launched on your existing hosting. If not, I can recommend and set up a new hosting account in your name. Managed hosting and website care at £50/month will also be available once a dedicated hosting account is ready — see Managed hosting and care above.

Will I need to upload the website myself, or can I make changes later?

No upload needed from you — I handle deployment and go-live. Once the site is live, you’ll have your own WordPress admin access to update content whenever you like. The managed hosting and care plan, once available, is an option if you’d rather I handled ongoing changes.

What support is available after launch?

One-off requests after launch are billed at £40/hour. Once the managed hosting and care plan is available, it covers routine updates, small changes and support with a response normally within one business day. Neither route includes 24/7 or guaranteed same-day support.

Who owns the domain and finished website?

You do. The domain and the completed website are yours — I don’t retain any ownership or lock you into working with me afterwards.
